Most of our Camps are adapted for all levels, from beginners to advanced. In general, if you are used to pedaling the distances detailed in the description of each Camp, it should not be a problem to participate and enjoy our routes. Another important point is that we offer all our Camps guided at all times by one or two professionals on the bike depending on the size of the group; We always travel as a group, regrouping every few kilometers so that we avoid any client being left behind or getting lost. We also have quite a variety of assistance posts and closing the group is a support vehicle with a mechanic and the capacity to transport bicycles and cyclists in the event of a mechanical problem that is difficult to solve, fatigue, falls, etc.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CAMPS DOES NOT TAKE PLACE AND I HAVE ALREADY PAID?

When you make your reservation, we send you a receipt digitally and, if required, it is also sent physically to a postal address. Our Camps are carried out as long as the minimum number of clients required is met. If for any reason the minimum required is not completed, 100% of the amount paid is refunded or if the client prefers, an open credit is maintained for that the client can use it in any other Camps. However, so far we have not had to postpone any Camps, since they are always in high demand,

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE PAID AND/OR RESERVED THE CAMPS AND I CANNOT ATTEND?

In the itinerary of each Camp there is a list that we recommend you take. We suggest reviewing it in detail prior to each trip.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A MECHANICAL PROBLEM IN THE MIDDLE OF A ROUTE?

In all our Camps we are accompanied by a team of mechanics, ready to assist us in case of any mechanical problem. If the damage is very large and difficult to repair instantly, there is always the option of using the support vehicle.

CAN ONE OR MORE COMPANIONS COME TO THE CAMPS?

Most of our clients come accompanied and, like the participant, the companion(s) have enough tourist, gastronomic and leisure options to enjoy while the participant completes the route. Minor companions are included.
